RIGHT TO WITHDRAW / RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from this contract with us “Clecktibles” within 7 days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

If the contract relates to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via an email or letter sent by post. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal due to damaged products we will need to see photographic evidence of both the packaging box and the item inside the packaging box

Effects of Withdrawal & Returns Policy

If you withdrawal from this contract we shall: -

> Reimburse you in respect of all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

> We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

> You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement

> You shall send back the goods as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us

> Return postage costs are to be covered by you “the buyer”

> Re-imbursement will not progress until we have received the goods back – we will email upon receipt of the goods and confirm re-imbursement has been actioned.               

Note: refunds will take between 3 and 7 days to clear your bank if transaction was made by card

> The returned goods must be in the same condition, quality & quantity as delivered to you by the postal service used

> The items we “Clecktibles” sell are collectables, therefore, in the event of withdrawing they must remain in their original packaging – this does not include the delivery packaging.

> If the item is removed from the delivery packaging – the item must remain in its original packing and remain unopened and photographic evidence should be provided – we will not be able to accept items that have been opened and removed from its original box

> Unopened items: we can offer to exchange, providing sufficient stock is available or give you a full refund for the item(s) as described above.

> Opened Items: We supply to a majority of collectors, therefore, as described above we would not be able to accept items that have been removed from the original packaging.
