Being collectors ourselves, we understand that our item should reach you in pristine condition therefore, we take the greatest care in our shipping methods. 

> Royal Mail orders placed & confirmed on a weekend = Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

   Item(s) will be packed and posted on the Tuesday.

> Royal Mail Orders placed, paid & confirmed on Tuesday to Friday up to 2.00pm

   Item(s) will be packed and posted the same day when possible - See Note.

> Royal Mail orders placed & confirmed on Tuesday to Friday after 2.00pm

   Item(s) will be packed and posted the following working day when possible - See Note.

> Click & Collect orders. This is an option at the checkout stage and is only really applicable if you live           within the vicinity of the high street shop.

> Click & Collect orders. Collections can be made same day – or anytime during the high street opening         hours – if there an issue with your collection, I will be in touch to discuss.

Please Note:

Due to many weekends trading at Comic-Cons, I may be travelling to and from these events some Thursdays/Fridays - If you order on these days and it requires an urgent dispatch, please message me or put a note on the order so I can make arrangements.

Otherwise your order will be sent out on Tuesday on my return.

All items being sent via Royal Mail are securely packed in good quality boxes using a range of packing protection which may include the use of either polystyrene chips, extra card or bubble-wrap.

if you wish to view the item before despatch we can send pictures so you can see the quality & condition of your order before despatch.

> All items are despatched via Royal Mail.

> We will then send you an email or message to inform you of the tracking reference.

> Once items have left us we have no control or responsibility for delivery delays or damages in transit.
